چکیده

By measuring the changes in phytohormones and related enzyme activities of Malus ‘Huabiao’ scions different rootstocks during healing process grafting, this study aims to analyze effects on physiological metabolism grafting site, thereby providing reference for selection M. rootstocks. The live seedlings 1-0 hupehensis, robusta baccata were chosen as rootstocks, grafted with these spring by pasting method. dynamic indole acetic acid, zeatin riboside, methyl jasmonate content peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase at site measured, combinations phytohormone investigated. It was found that ‘Huabiao’/M. hupehensis had significantly higher survival rate than which only a success 63%. At beginning graft healing, contents three sites all exhibited significant decrease. However, mid late stages, great differences shown content. During process, showed some regularities. In conclusion, have strong compatibility ‘Huabiao’; thus, they are suitable be selected propagation ‘Huabiao’. addition, activity reflect affinity relationship between rootstock scion grafting.

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

Rat submandibular gland during the maturation process: changes in enzyme activities, protein and lectin-binding profiles.

The total protein glycosylation profile and specific activity of lysosomal enzymes were investigated in rat submandibular glands isolated from very young (1-month), young (1.5-months) and adult rats (3-months) rats. The specific activity of lysosomal hydrolases (i.e. acid phosphatase, arylsulfatases A and B, beta-N-acetyl-D-glucosaminidase, beta-galactosidase and beta-glucuronidase) decreased i...

Changes of antioxidant enzyme and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activities during Chimonanthus praecox seed maturation.

Changes in peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activities were studied during Chimonanthus praecox seed maturation. According to our findings the protein content increased steadily from 8 to 12 weeks after flowering, and thereafter decreased significantly. Similarly, SOD and POD activities increased gradually up to 12 weeks after fl...
